We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to manage all kitchen operations ranging from our kitchen production / prep / inventory / purchasing operations for our fast paced noodle shop.Candidates should have ample experience with scheduling, people management, inventory tracking, supply & ingredient sourcing / purchasing. Valid drivers license and good driving history required as driving company vehicles is necessary.Will require all candidates to have reliable transportation in addition to company vehicle, personal laptop / tablet, Fluent in English/Spanish speaking, and frequent travel between DTLA and Culver City. Must have culinary experience and will require candidate to cook and maintain quality control.Primary responsibility is to manage the day to day kitchen food operations in our DTLA central kitchen as well as our service location in Culver City across maintaining food standards, inventory tracking, kitchen prep, purchasing ingredients and managing the prep team.Candidate will work closely with the management team at our service locations as well as owners to ensure smooth communication and help in forecasting pars for weekly / monthly service needs.Bang Bang Noodles is an artisanal noodle shop specializing in authentic hand-pulled noodles indicative of the Northern China region of Xian.
